Residential Conveyancer
RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER
- We are currently recruiting for a full-time Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent to work at our office in Rhyl
- We are a long established local practice with a busy Conveyancing Department
- We are looking for an experienced fee earner with at least 4 years’ experience, to join our team, who is competent and able to manage their own caseload, unsupervised, from inception to completion
- The successful applicant will need excellent client care skills and be able to use a Case Management system
- The position will involve working on an existing caseload of residential property matters and to continue to develop the caseload of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, help to buy, buy to let and equity release
