Careers

Who we are

Edward Hughes LLP (trading as Edward Hughes, Solicitors) are a long established firm within the area, with two offices, supporting individuals and businesses all over North Wales and beyond.

We pride ourselves on being a local trusted solicitor to our many returning clients, who  look upon the partners and staff as a dependable part of their lives.

We were originally founded in 1948, and have an excellent reputation within our community.

We aim to be friendly and efficient in our dealings with our clients, whilst remaining competent and maintaining specialism in the various types of law that we offer.

Our Team

We are very proud of our team of 28 who go above and beyond to help our clients with all their legal needs and guide them so through some of the happiest, saddest or challenging times of their lives.

Some of our staff have been with us in excess of 20 years.

Being based in Rhyl and Colwyn Bay in North Wales, we are pleased to be able to offer support and take instructions in the Welsh language.

We like to help our staff bond with each other, both professionally and personally, which is why we organise staff outings, such as trips to Chester Races, and an annual Christmas party to allow our staff to have a well deserved night out on us.

Salaries and Progression

Our salaries are dependent on experience.  We hold annual appraisals and salary reviews on an annual basis.

Many of our staff have progressed onto more senior roles within the firm which we actively encourage and support, providing any training that may assist them to do this.

Charity Support

We are a proud supporter of our local Hospice and support them whenever possible.

We also support our local Food Bank and Animal Shelter by arranging a collection from staff in the run- up to Christmas, to donate.
